Gothic Starlet (SSFF Outfit)

Made this while playing around with gothic outfits on the 8th of November, 2017, shortly after Miiverse shut down. It's included in my second Gothic Outfit Photodump.

I threw this together while neglecting every responsibility in life that I have with extreme abandon, like the incarnation of sloth itself. My life's been kind of shot this year. (Although I suppose it isn't really 'sloth' if it's actually a bad case of bronchitis... I just feel like crap for letting everything go and using the time to play video games.)

Gothic Barbie (SSFF Outfit)

So, here I am again, perverting the gothic style into something totally not in keeping with its image.

There are two outfits included in this post. One is strictly within by the game's definition of Gothic, and the other is just my playing around with looks again.

SSFF Gothic Outfits Photodump

Okay, I said there were over 30 pictures, and the last post only got to 28... This is the other half of the gothic photos from the 8th of November. The last batch was 28, and this batch is 22, so the total should be 40... This one covers the outfits my own character wore. I'm struggling pretty hard with my health here, after spending the whole of November out with some kind of horrible bronchitis, so it took me way longer than I had in mind to get around to this. I probably won't be covering much of the details behind any of it very much as a result...

I went out on a limb and added preppy glasses to this gothic outfit. The hair used in this ensemble is very similar to what I used for the Vampire Hunter D outfit...

SSFF Gothic Customers Photodump

On the 8th of November, the day after Miiverse was shut down, I spent some time going through all of my recent or most memorable gothic customers and taking pictures of their outfits. The result is this relatively large photodump of over 30 pictures. I got sick shortly after this with some kind of pneumonia, so I wasn't able to work on processing the pictures until sometime around the 25th, ha ha... I was pretty much totally out of it for a month. Oh well.

I wish there were more dark-coloured frames... and better pairs poses. Urgh... It's hard to do justice to the gothic look in this game...

Aleesha here isn't technically wearing a gothic outfit, but it's suitably dark and floral anyway. I wanted any excuse to take more pictures of my Dark Flowers designer dress, ha ha... and since her makeup turned out so well... Anyway, I won't be sticking that strictly to gothic things here, but that's the general theme.

A photo with Ashley, who's wearing my custom boots. This outfit was made for one of those fashionista makeover events. I'm pretty happy with it... Those tall boots she's wearing are one of my earliest designer items.

Eastern Gothic (SSFF Outfits)

A couple of outfits I had a lot of fun with, based around the Count D cosplay I put together. My original hope had been to make more D-like costumes, but I didn't have enough of the right items at the time.

The makeup used is my Pale Banshee custom makeup set, which uses the Grunge Phantom kit. I'm not really sure what effect that has, but it was bought by a few customers for rock-related reasons...

I had been going to use a purple lipstick because D's lips are often a dark purple colour, but... they're clearly red in the illustration I based this off, and he's always changing his hair and makeup colours, apparently, so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I also might have overdone it with the eyeshadow, it looks a little too heavy. It looks as if he's only wearing red or pink eyeliner in the illustration...

I didn't record anything about the makeup at the time, so it's just guesswork at this point. I vaguely remember using what felt like a lot of dark browns.

Long & Wavy with M-Shaped Fringe, most likely in Piano (reds) or Chimney Soot, likely with Piano, Glamorous Garnet, or Chimney Soot highlights. It's mostly likely Piano with Chimney Soot highlights... but since I never wrote notes on the hair...

I'm sort of proud of how the hair turned out... unfortunately, that didn't motivate me enough to actually write down the details of just what it is that I did.

(She's currently absurdly tall in my game because I keep putting her in platforms. This seems to be part of her character and why she's into Gothic fashion...)

Oct. 3rd, 2017 – She's currently still dressed in a Gothic ensemble based around blue roses.
Oct. 16th, 2017 – I'm pretty sure I took a picture of that gorgeous Gothic blue roses outfit I made for her, but not entirely sure... I changed it to a red outfit.

I have a bunch of other pictures of her I'd like to get around to posting eventually.

Undead Princess (SSFF Outfit)

A modification of the Undead Queen, in the hopes that I might be able to get a photo with Leonora, but apparently it didn't pass. I took a good picture of it at The Meadows, though...
