Antique Princess Doll Ballerina (SSFF Outfit)

Original Miiverse post to play journal (Sep. 26th, 2017 - apx. 11:17pm)
A sort of fairy-tale-princess/ballerina costume made up mostly of Boho-chic and Babydoll items.

Closeup of the princess/ballerina thing.

I didn't record any notes on it.

I didn't record any notes on it. It appears to be a ribbon-curled side ponytail with framing strands, in a red-brown or brownish-red with red highlights.

Notes

A random thing I put together, with the image in mind of the type of doll found in a music box, during a kind of minor explosion of playing with styles because of a few contests. (Namely a Lively Boho and a Boho Lolita contest by 801-chan/EvilOverlordXIII.)

Unfortunately, I deleted the pictures from the game's album after posting them and backing them up, so I couldn't use this as an entry in 801-chan/EvilOverlordXIII's later ballerina costume contest in October.

It was a sort of random outfit with a variety of different pieces that "shouldn't go together, but do." (...As 801-chan/EvilOverlordXIII actually commented on! It's great to get that kind of feedback...) It's meant to evoke the look of a miniature ballerina figurine or a colourful antique doll, with the aesthetic of an old-style carousel or a music box. ("Music box ballerina" was most specifically what I had in mind.)

I'm really happy with how the pictures turned out, actually... The carousel at night was a perfect place for photos of this.
